Welcome to SoLuxe Aesthetics & Wellness! We are delighted to provide you with a range of medical aesthetics services. Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully as they govern your use of our services and website. By booking an appointment, receiving a service, or otherwise interacting with our business, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Services

Soluxe Aesthetics and Wellness offers a variety of medical aesthetics services, which may include, but are not limited to:

  • Botox and Dermal Fillers

  • Laser Hair Removal

  • Chemical Peels

  • Microneedling

  • Skincare Consultations

  • Micronutrient intramuscular and intravenous administration

  • Weight Loss Consultations and treatments

All services are performed by licensed and trained professionals. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at our discretion.

2. Appointments & Cancellations

  • Booking: All appointments must be booked in advance. A credit card may be required to hold your appointment.

  • Cancellation Policy: We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. However, to respect the time of our staff and other clients, we require at least 24 hours notice for any cancellation or rescheduling.

  • Late Arrival: If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, we may need to reschedule your service. This is to ensure we have adequate time to provide a thorough and safe treatment for you and to avoid delaying our next client.

  • No-Show Policy: Failure to show up for a scheduled appointment without prior notice will result in a 25% Cancellation Fee Charge to the card on file.

3. Payments

  • Payment Methods: We accept Visa, Mastercard, debit cards, cash, contactless payment.

  • Pricing: All prices are subject to change without prior notice. We will always confirm the price of your service before beginning the treatment.

  • Gratuity: Gratuity is not included in our service prices and is at your discretion.

4. Consent & Medical Information

  • Client Responsibility: You are responsible for providing accurate and complete medical history information before any treatment. This includes, but is not limited to, allergies, medications, and previous cosmetic procedures.

  • Informed Consent: You will be required to sign an informed consent form for each treatment you receive. This form will detail the procedure, potential risks, benefits, and alternatives. By signing, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the information provided.

  • Confidentiality: All your medical information and records will be kept confidential in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations, including HIPAA.

  • Follow-Up: It is your responsibility to attend any recommended follow-up appointments.
