1. Services
Soluxe Aesthetics and Wellness offers a variety of medical aesthetics services, which may include, but are not limited to:

All services are performed by licensed and trained professionals. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at our discretion.
2. Appointments & Cancellations

Booking: All appointments must be booked in advance. A credit card may be required to hold your appointment.

Cancellation Policy: We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. However, to respect the time of our staff and other clients, we require at least 24 hours notice for any cancellation or rescheduling.

Late Arrival: If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, we may need to reschedule your service. This is to ensure we have adequate time to provide a thorough and safe treatment for you and to avoid delaying our next client.

No-Show Policy: Failure to show up for a scheduled appointment without prior notice will result in a 25% Cancellation Fee Charge to the card on file.
3. Payments

Payment Methods: We accept Visa, Mastercard, debit cards, cash, contactless payment.

Pricing: All prices are subject to change without prior notice. We will always confirm the price of your service before beginning the treatment.

Gratuity: Gratuity is not included in our service prices and is at your discretion.
