1. Services Rendered

All sales are final for services that have been rendered. We do not offer refunds for any treatments or procedures that have been completed. This includes, but is not limited to, treatments such as Botox, dermal fillers, laser treatments, chemical peels, and microneedling.

The results of medical aesthetics treatments can vary significantly from person to person. While we strive to achieve the best possible outcomes for all our clients, we cannot guarantee specific results.

2. Pre-Paid Services & Packages

Pre-paid packages and services are non-refundable. If you decide not to proceed with a pre-paid service or package, the amount paid cannot be refunded.

In the rare event of a documented medical contraindication or other unforeseen circumstance that prevents a client from safely receiving a pre-paid service, we may, at our sole discretion, review the situation. Any decision to offer a credit or alternative will be made on a case-by-case basis.
