Late Cancellation/No-Show Fee: If you cancel or reschedule your appointment with less than 24 hours' notice, or if you fail to show up for your appointment, you will be charged a cancellation fee of 25% of the booked service cost. Exceptions: We understand that emergencies happen. If you have an unforeseen medical or personal emergency, please contact us as soon as possible. These situations will be handled on a case-by-case basis. Booking Policy: A valid credit card is required to secure all appointments. The card will not be charged at the time of booking, but it will be kept on file for the purpose of enforcing our cancellation policy.
